Terms of use of theBREWCARD gift cards

TheBrewCard reserves the right to update and change the terms and conditions of theBrewCard at any time. This does not affect your legal rights. Use of theBrewCard gift card constitutes acceptance of our Terms and Conditions, and we, therefore, recommend you read them carefully. theBrewCard gift cards remain the property of theBrewCard who maintains the right to cancel the card in situations where it is deemed necessary to do so.

The full value of your Brew Card Gift Card can be redeemed at participating Brew Experience Destinations (vendors) in the USA for one beer. A Brew Card Gift Card balance cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed against the purchase of another card.

The maximum amount that an individual Brew Card Gift Card can hold is one beer, redeemable at the Brew Experience Destination’s discretion and value, and this limit cannot be exceeded by performing balance transfers.

Validity

Your Brew Card Gift Card is valid for as long as our Brew Experience Destinations will honor them or until redeemed, after which any remaining balance will be removed, and the card will become invalid and no longer available for use.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged

In cases where your BrewCard Gift Card is lost or stolen, theBrewCard is unable to replace or reimburse the remaining balance on a card. TheBrewCard cannot be held responsible for any balance lost on a BrewCard Gift Card as a result of theft or fraud. All BrewCard Gift Cards have a unique PIN hidden by a security panel on the back of the gift card which is required for purchases. TheBrewCard cannot be held responsible for any unauthorized use where the card number and PIN have become known to another party.

Using a BREWCARD Gift Card

Customers may use their Brew Card Gift Card in any participating U.S. tab house, brewpub, or restaurant.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nevada.
